Exchange & Refund

We only accept returns if the products have serious defects or are wrongly delivered.Please understand that we are not responsible for any damages to the product caused by the shipping company or delivery service provider.

Nevertheless, to ensure your purchased products are in good condition, we seriously examine each of them before packing and delivery.

By Air

If you receive products by mail with a defective item, please contact us  at wcnwproduction@outlook.com within 3 days from the date of order arrival and provide all of the following information to obtain an authorization for return:

 

  • order number

  • name of item be returned

  • description of defect of the item

  • a picture of the defective item

​Alternatively, if you would like to exchange at our Available Sale Point, simply contact our staff for further assistance.

Please return the items in their original condition in their original parcel packaging with any related accessories. Returns that have been damaged, worn, used, altered will not be accepted.  Please make sure you use a reliable postal service as the parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it.

We will then examine and test the returned product after receiving it. After our verification, we will deliver the replacement product to you by our standard courier SF express service. If the returned product cannot be verified, the original product will be shipped back to you.

We will compensate the shipping costs to you only if the defective item is returned by Mail. If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, we reserve the right to decide on the amount of shipping compensation based on the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment.

​Please note that each item can only be exchanged once, reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be accepted.

Please allow at least about 4 weeks from the day you return to process the above exchange and please note that some of the exchange of exact items may not be guaranteed as some products are uniquely designed and may not be available, all depend on availability of stock.

Please kindly note that any returns which do not fulfill any of the above conditions will be disregarded or refused.

We reserve the final right in case of argument.
