Order Shipping

 

Self Pick-Up service is available at Macau Sale Point Only & Free of Charge.

All of our shipments will be handled by SF Express Service. Upon your order, you will be notified with an email/sms notification for the confirmation of your order. 

Each day we will process our orders in the morning for shipment & delivery,all the orders received before 6pm ( Hong Kong Time) are expected to be processed for shipment delivery in the next day. You will receive your order confirmation and shipment confirmation via emails and sms once it is confirmed, customers should leave both email and mobile no. for delivery service. 

Order Status

Once you place your order online, you will receive a confirmation email/sms and shipment shall be arranged in 24 hours, longer time may require if there is public holidays in Hong Kong/ Macao.

Estimated Shipping Fee & Time: 

Shipping to China & Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea :Shipping and handling fee is ranged from HK$30-160 per order (in regard to  number of items or their weight) by SF EXPRESS with track number.Estimated delivery time from posting date (excluding the time we need to prepare and pack your order) according to SF EXPRESS as below:

 

Macau ( 1 day) self pick-up at available point

Hong Kong ( 1-2 working days) pick up at SF Express service point

China: 1-7 working days

Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore (Ranging from :3-5 working days)
Japan: 5-11 working days 
South Korea: 4-6 working days

The above delivery time is for reference only, we will confirm the delivery time by email notification. 

Shipping to Rest of the World:  Shipping and handling fee is starting from HK$50/ USD10  per order by SF EXPRESS  with track number.
